"Make ISAK where all the students take action
towards their dream"
Our project's big dream is to turn UWC ISAK JAPAN into Silicon Valley.
By intersecting the ideas and enthusiasm from all over Japan with the perspectives gathered at ISAK from around the world, we will generate new perspectives and ideas.
By igniting the fire of innovation of future change makers gathered at ISAK from over 50 countries around the world, we will become a source of "social change" in Karuizawa, as each one of us expresses and acts differently.

We always try to deliver people opportunities where people can work with others who have different backgrounds and perspectives, make something new from nothing, and change society and people's life. We believe that these opportunities and experiencing these steps have a significant potential to make people's life more convenient and enjoyable.

STORY
ISAK brings together a diverse group of people from around the world in Karuizawa, but if they are confined to a closed community deep in the mountains, they will run out of ideas.
I became aware of the challenge of the current situation: the school produces "change makers who change the world," but in reality, innovation is not happening.
OTOONE was founded by three students at UWC ISAK to address those issues.
OTOONE is currently constructed by four services:
"OTOONE Innovation" is engaged in the creation of new businesses,
"CONECTO" connects Karuizawa youth with entrepreneurs, investors, and creators,
"Rediscover ISAK" / "Rediscover Japan Youth," a podcast that visualizes the charms and stories of the ISAK community and Japan's young community,
"Gravitate ISAK", which produces lectures that deepen expertise within ISAK and bring together enthusiasm and action.
